MPB wanted me to showcase on my Instagram what is in my photography kit bag and why most of my lenses are better off being secondhand. I had to explain how easy it is to trade and sell gear through MPB while illustrating that I’ve been buying secondhand since the beginning of my career.

For as long as I can remember @mpbcom has always played a part in my photography career. Since I started out I was always buying used equipment at more affordable prices as a way to save money. I thought that as I progressed I would slowly start buying new, but overtime I realised that used was far better and more sustainable as there are so many lenses that get traded in regularly.
Most of the lenses in this bag were bought used through MPB and have now been a part of my camera bag for many years.
I chose this selection of gear to bring with me on this trip as it spread over a lot of focal lengths, I'm a sucker for primes and Kyrgyzstan was so vast that wide angles weren't needed!
